Ohio State also defeated Purdue 100-85 earlier in the week.
Elsewhere in the Big Ten, Maryland remains as the highest-ranked team in the conference, moving up a spot to No. 8, while the Hoosiers jumped three spots to No. 11. Rutgers, who sit at 10-3 on the season, jumped into the poll at No. 25.
Northwestern received 11 votes and fell outside of the top 25, while Florida Gulf Coast, who are led by former Ohio State guard Kierstan Bell and have won 18 straight games, received eight votes.
Ohio State is 13-4 on the season and 9-4 in the Big Ten with three games left on the schedule, pending the rescheduling of one of the postponed contests.
