Ohio State Remains At No. 2 In College Football Playoff Rankings Ahead Of The Game

Ohio State stayed put at No. 2 in the College Football Playoff rankings released Tuesday, setting up a top-three matchup with No. 3 Michigan in Ann Arbor on Saturday.

Ohio State and Michigan both trailed No. 1 Georgia, with No. 4 Washington as the other team in the top four of the rankings. No. 5 Florida State and No. 6 Oregon were the first two teams out, with No. 7 Texas, No 8 Alabama, No. 9 Missouri and No. 10 Louisville also in the top 10.

The Buckeyes and Wolverines are joined in the Big Ten by No. 11 Penn State and No. 17 Iowa, which awaits the winner of Ohio State and Michigan in the Big Ten Championship Game on Dec. 2.
