Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. continues to collect accolades, as he was named the Big Ten’s Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year and Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year.

Harrison had a record-breaking regular season for Ohio State, finishing with 67 receptions for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns through 12 games. He also became the first Ohio State receiver to post 1,000 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons, and surpassed David Boston for the most 100-yard receiving games in Ohio State history with 15 such outings.

This is the 14th time that an Ohio State player has won Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year dating back to 1984 – and the sixth consecutive winner for the Buckeyes – but Harrison is the first receiver to earn the honor for Ohio State, and just the second receiver all-time to bring home the award along with Michigan’s Desmond Howard (1991) and Braylon Edwards (2004).

Harrison is also a back-to-back winner of Receiver of the Year. He is just the second receiver to do so, joining Penn State’s Allen Robinson, who won the award in 2012 and 2013.
