Three more game times have been announced for Ohio State’s 2026 football schedule.

The Buckeyes now know when they will open their season against Ball State, with the home opener on Sept. 5 scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. kickoff. The game will be broadcast on Big Ten Network. It will be OSU’s first time matching up against the Cardinals on the gridiron.

Ohio State’s Week 3 matchup against its second MAC opponent of the season, Kent State, will be a Big Noon Kickoff game on Fox on Sept. 19.

Those two games sandwich a monster of a matchup against Texas in Week 2, with the Buckeyes going on the road for a rematch against the Longhorns for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on ABC.

The Buckeyes also learned their kickoff time for their homecoming game against Maryland on Oct. 10, which will kick off at either 3:30 p.m. or 8 p.m., with the network it will be televised on still to be determined.

Of course, Ohio State also knows the kickoff time for its rivalry game against Michigan on Nov. 28, which will be at noon and broadcast on Fox.

Games that still don’t have a start time revealed yet are Illinois (home, Sept. 26), Iowa (away, Oct. 3), Indiana (away, Oct. 17), USC (away, Oct. 31), Oregon (home, Nov. 7), Northwestern (home, Nov. 14) and Nebraska (away, Nov. 21).
