Former Ohio State wide receiver Johnnie Dixon was named USFL Offensive Player of the Week on Monday after an impressive outing for the New Orleans Breakers, hauling in nine receptions for 136 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 24-20 win over the Michigan Panthers on Sunday.

Dixon has the third-most receiving yards (395) and fourth-most receptions (29) for the Breakers this season, but he leads the team with four receiving touchdowns, just one shy of leading the USFL.
