The Big Ten announced Ohio State’s 2024 football schedule on Thursday, which includes eight home games and two off weeks for the Buckeyes.

As previously announced, Ohio State’s non-conference schedule will include home contests against Southern Mississippi on Aug. 7, Western Michigan on Sept. 7 and Marshall on Sept. 21, with an off week on Sept. 14. The Buckeyes will then play at Michigan State on Sept. 28 to begin the conference portion of the schedule before hosting Iowa on Oct. 5.

Ohio State will then welcome Oregon to the Big Ten on Oct. 12, visiting the Ducks in Eugene, Ore., for just the second time ever and the first time since 1967. The Buckeyes will then be off the following week.

The Buckeyes will begin the final stretch of the regular season on Oct. 26 at home against Nebraska, followed by games at Penn State on Nov. 2, home against Purdue on Nov. 9, at Northwestern on Nov. 16 and back-to-back home games to close the season: Indiana on Nov. 23 and Michigan on Nov. 30, with kickoff times and broadcast networks to be announced closer to the season.
