Ohio State is losing another player to the transfer portal. Freshman interior offensive lineman Jayvon McFadden is entering the transfer portal, according to On3 Sports.
McFadden, who only appeared in one game this year for Ohio State along the offensive line, was a four-star prospect out of high school. Out of Riverdale Baptist High School, McFadden was ranked as the No. 391 player in the country, the No. 24 interior offensive lineman and the No. 11 player out of Maryland. McFadden, a 6-3, 295-pound offensive lineman, helped lead Riverdale Baptist to a 10-0 record as a senior and was a part of a similarly successful Buckeye team this year, but is seemingly headed to a new school.
McFadden will have four years of eligibility remaining at his next school. He is the fifth Ohio State offensive lineman to enter the transfer portal this year.
