Ohio State made its second portal addition of the day when former Kentucky forward Andrija Jelavic committed to the Buckeyes.

The 6-11, 225-pound Jelavic will be 22 years old next month, but he has played just one season of college basketball with the Wildcats and has three years of eligibility remaining.

With Kentucky in the 2025-26 season, he played in 32 games and made 20 starts, averaging 5.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in over 15 minutes per contest.

Before he was with Kentucky, Jelavic played in the AdmiralBet ABA League overseas for two seasons for the Serbian team, Mega. There, he averaged 10.6 points per game with 7.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in a total of 53 games.

The Buckeyes lose senior center Christoph Tilly, who has no remaining eligibility, and currently still have centers Ivan Njegovan and Josh Ojianwuna on the roster if neither enters the transfer portal before it closes on April 21. Jelavic could end up starting for the Buckeyes, but at the very least he provides very solid depth at the position.

Jelavic joins Justin Pippen in joining Ohio State through the portal on Friday.
