247Sports Composite Rankings: Ricketts is the No. 424 overall recruit in the country, the No. 62 wide receiver and the No. 20 player out of Ohio
Commitment Date: Ricketts committed to Ohio State on Nov. 16, 2024.
Other Offers: Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Illinois, Indiana, Kent State, Miami, Ohio, Toledo, West Virginia
How He Did In High School: Ricketts went for 542 receiving yards and six receiving touchdowns on 28 catches as a junior in 2024.
Where He Fits For 2025: Ricketts is not one of the highest-ranked players in the 2026 class, and Ohio State’s receiver depth should be pretty solid next year. The Buckeyes will likely return star receiver Jeremiah Smith, Brandon Inniss, Bryson Rodgers, and several talented youngsters, including Mylan Graham and Quincy Porter. Ricketts may be able to contribute on special teams, though.
