Three-Star Offensive Tackle Aaron Thomas Commits To Minnesota Two Days After Decommitting From Ohio State

Just two days after losing he decommitted from Ohio State, three-star offensive tackle Aaron Thomas pledged his services to Minnesota.
Thomas had been committed to the Buckeyes since June 25, but on Nov. 3 decided that he no longer wanted to play his college ball in Columbus. But he will still be going to a Big Ten program if his decision holds until signing day, with the Golden Gophers getting a pledge.
Thomas is the No. 506 player in the country, the No. 46 offensive tackle and the No. 8 player in the state of Arizona.
The Buckeyes are still going after recruits to replace Thomas in the 2026 class. They hosted four-star offensive tackle Kevin Brown, a Penn State commit, on an unofficial visit when they best the Nittany Lions 38-14. Now Brown is apparently planning on scheduling an official visit to Ohio State, according to Steve Wiltfong of On3.
The Buckeyes still have four-star offensive tackles Maxwell Riley and Landry Brede along with three-stars Landry Brede and Tucker Smith committed in the class.
