Ohio State Remains At No. 2 In Coaches Poll

Even with a 29-point win against a ranked opponent, Ohio State stayed at No. 2 in the Amway Coaches Poll.

The Buckeyes received an uptick in first place votes, garnering 17 of the 64 No. 1 spots, but LSU remained atop the rankings with 43 first place votes and 1577 points.

Clemson and Georgia round out the top four, with the Tigers receiving the other four votes at the top spot.

Ohio State defeated Michigan 56-29, which dropped the Wolverines seven spots to No. 18. Other teams ranked from the Big Ten include No. 10 Wisconsin, No. 11 Penn State, No. 15 Minnesota and No. 19 Iowa.

The Buckeyes now have four ranked wins on the season, with Cincinnati remaining in the poll at No. 21 despite a 10-point loss to Memphis.

Ohio State takes on the Badgers for the Big Ten Championship in what would be a top 10 matchup according to the coaches poll.
