Four-Star Offensive Tackle Brody McNeel Commits To Ohio State’s 2027 Class

Ohio State has added a third offensive lineman to its 2027 class already, with four-star offensive tackle Brody McNeel pledging his services to the Buckeyes on Tuesday.
McNeel joins four-star interior offensive lineman Kellen Wymer and three-star interior offensive lineman Mason Wilt, who both committed to Ohio State on Nov. 2.
McNeel is the highest rated player of the three, according to 247Sports composite. He is the No. 234 player in the country, the No. 23 offensive tackle and the No. 3 player in Virginia.
He holds 15 Division I scholarship offers, but didn’t need long to decide that he wanted to be in Columbus. He received his offer from the Buckeyes on June 23 and took an unofficial visit to campus the weekend of the season-opening 14-7 win over Texas.
McNeel is the seventh player overall in the Buckeyes’ 2027 class, also joining five-star wide receiver Jamier Brown, four-star safety Eli Johnson, four-star quarterback Brady Edmunds, three-star safety Angelo Smith, Wymer and Wilt.
