Former Ohio State Guard Mathieu Grujicic To Transfer To Radford

After just one season with the Ohio State men’s basketball team, guard Mathieu Grujicic is transferring to Radford, according to multiple reports.
The 6-7, 210-pound Grujicic saw limited time on the floor in his lone season in Columbus, totaling six points, five rebounds, two assists, and one steal in just 33:29 of action across six games.
Born in Arles, France, but raised in Berlin, Germany, Grujicic arrived at Ohio State as one of Europe’s most intriguing young prospects, rising through the youth ranks of ALBA Berlin before joining FC Barcelona’s U18 program.
In his final season with FC Barcelona’s U18 team, he averaged 13.6 points, 3.5 assists, and 2.7 rebounds while shooting better than 40 percent from three-point range. Grujicic also made his EuroLeague debut for FC Barcelona’s senior team in April 2025 at just 17 years old, later becoming one of the youngest players in club history to score in a EuroLeague game.
With his move to Radford, Grujicic becomes the fifth and final Ohio State transfer from the 2025-26 roster to announce his next destination. He joins Devin Royal (Villanova), Gabe Cupps (UIC), Taison Chatman (Utah), and Colin White (Akron).
Grujicic will enter a Radford squad that finished 16-16 overall and 9-7 in Big South play under first-year head coach Zach Chu.
