Buckeyes Add Scarlet Rush, Sub Zero Jerseys To 2026 Uniform Lineup

Ohio State completed its 2026 uniform lineup with the addition of the Scarlet Rush and Sub Zero alternate designs, Ohio State Athletics announced Friday.

The Scarlet Rush uniforms will feature scarlet jerseys and pants with a silver helmet. The Buckeyes have not worn all-scarlet uniforms since their 42-17 victory over Tennessee in the College Football Playoff during the “Scarlet the Shoe” game at Ohio Stadium.

On the other hand, the Sub Zero uniforms include white jerseys, white pants and a silver helmet. The all-white uniforms first debuted in a 52-12 victory over Michigan State on Dec. 5, 2020.

Ohio State now features five uniform combinations for the 2026 season, including its traditional home and away sets, the all-black Tunnel Vision uniforms and the newly announced Scarlet Rush and Sub Zero looks.
