Buckeye Sports Bulletin 2026 Early Signing Period Hub

With the early signing period taking place from Dec. 3-5, get to know each member of the 2026 Ohio State signees as they sign. Buckeye Sports Bulletin will update this post as each player signed with the Buckeyes.
- The first prospect in the 2026 class to sign with Ohio State is Hoschton (Ga.) Mill Creek four-star linebacker Braxton Rembert. He was a late flip from Wake Forest and is one of three linebackers committed in the class.
- Next up to sign was another fall flip, with Baltimore St. Frances four-star safety Khmari Bing signing with the Buckeyes. He is one of three safeties in the class. Learn more about Bing.
- The Buckeyes signed Gibsonia (Pa.) Pine-Richland four-star cornerback Jay Timmons next. He was a late flip from Florida State. He is one of two corners in the class. Learn more about Timmons.
- Next to sign was Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic four-star cornerback Jordan Thomas, the second corner to sign with the Buckeyes for the day. Learn more about Thomas.
- The Buckeyes added to their running back depth with Delaware (Ohio) Rutherford B. Hayes four-star Favour Akih inking with Ohio State next. He is the first of many in-state prospects who will joint the Buckeyes today and the only running back. Learn more about Akih.
- Ohio State signed another safety, Jacksonville (Fla.) The Bolles School four-star Simeon Caldwell, next on Wednesday. He is the second of three who could sign today in the class. Learn more about Caldwell.
- Ohio State signed its first offensive lineman of the day, with Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward three-star interior offensive lineman Mason Wilhelm inking with the Buckeyes next. He is a legacy Buckeye, the son of former OSU linebacker Matt Wilhelm. Learn more about Mason Wilhelm.
- Ohio State signed another in-state prospect, Cleveland Glenville four-star linebacker Cincere Johnson, next. He is the second of three linebackers expected to sign with the Buckeyes on Wednesday. Learn more about Johnson.
- Ohio State has two edge rushers committed in the 2026 class. Buford, Ga., four-star Dre Quinn is the first of the two to sign with the Buckeyes. He was another late flip. Learn more about Quinn.
- Ohio State signed the highest-rated offensive lineman in its class next, Akron Hoban four-star Sam Greer. He committed to the Buckeyes shortly after offensive line coach Tyler Bowen took the job this year. Learn more about Greer.
- Ohio State was able to keep a highly-rated safety from the heart of LSU territory in its class, with Baton Rouge (La.) Catholic four-star Blaine Bradford signing. Learn more about Bradford.
- Ohio State signed the only tight end in its 2026 class next, Lebanon, Ohio, three-star Nick Lautar. He was a late flip from Louisville, and it one of many in-state prospects. Learn more about Lautar.

- Next up to sign with Ohio State was Richland (N.J.) St. Augustine Prep four-star defensive lineman Damari Simeon, who has been committed to the Buckeyes since June. Learn more about Simeon.
- Ohio State next signed another in-state offensive line flip, Mentor, Ohio, three-star offensive tackle Landry Brede. Learn more about Brede.
- Ohio State added more depth to its already very talented wide receiver room, signing Southlake (Texas) Carroll three-star Brock Boyd. Learn more about Boyd.
- Ohio State signed Glendale (Ariz.) Sandra Day O’Connor three-star interior offensive lineman Tucker Smith next. He is one of five offensive linemen expected to sign with the Buckeyes on Wednesday. Learn more about Smith.
- The Buckeyes signed another in-state prospect, Pataskala (Ohio) Watkins Memorial four-star wide receiver Jaeden Ricketts, staving off a late flip attempt by West Virginia. Learn more about Ricketts.

- Another defensive lineman signed with Ohio State next, Cleveland Glenville three-star Jamir Perez. He flipped from Florida over the summer. Learn more about Perez.
- Next to sign with Ohio State was Avon Lake, Ohio, four-star offensive tackle Maxwell Riley. He is one of four in-state offensive linemen in the class. Learn more about Riley.
- Next up to sign was Lewis Center (Ohio) Olentangy three-star safety Kaden Gebhardt, who flipped from Clemson to Ohio State on the first day of the early signing period. Learn more about Gebhardt.
- Next up to sign for the Buckeyes was Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra four-star defensive end Khary Wilder, who was the second defensive end to sign with Ohio State during the early signing period. Learn more about Wilder.
