Aidan Sayin, Brother Of Ohio State Starting Quarterback Julian Sayin, Signed By Columbus Aviators

In 2026, there will be not one, but two Sayin brothers throwing passes in Columbus. Aidan Sayin, the brother of Ohio State starting quarterback Julian Sayin, was signed by the UFL’s Columbus Aviators on Tuesday.

In four years at the University of Pennsylvania, Aidan Sayin wasn’t quite as efficient as his younger brother Julian was at Ohio State this year, but still boasted solid numbers.

From 2021-24, Sayin threw for 7,177 yards, 45 touchdowns and 31 interceptions while completing 719 of 1,151 passes (62.5 percent).

Sayin is one of three quarterbacks on the Aviators roster. The room also includes former Baylor quarterback Jalan McClendon and former Prairie View A&M quarterback Jalen Morton.

Although Sayin is not expected to start for the Aviators, his team will take the field for the first time on March 29 on the road against the Orlando Storm.
